Global Education Nomads (GEN), created by Academic Consulting International (ACI), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

When you submit the inquiry form, we collect the name, current grade, phone number, email address, and country you enter. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, understand the requested educational support, and communicate about GEN services.

Form delivery

Form submissions are delivered to GEN through FormSubmit, a third-party form processing service. Your submission data is transmitted to that provider solely to deliver the inquiry to our designated email account. Do not include sensitive financial, health, identity-document, or password information in the form.

Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics is loaded only if a valid measurement ID is configured and you choose “Allow analytics” in the cookie settings. Analytics may use cookies or similar technology to provide aggregate information about visits, pages viewed, device type, and general location. Choosing “Essential only” prevents Google Analytics from loading. Your consent choice is stored locally in your browser so the site can remember it.

reCAPTCHA

If a reCAPTCHA site key is configured, Google reCAPTCHA is displayed on the inquiry form to help prevent spam and abuse. In that case, Google may process device and usage data under its own privacy policy and terms.

Sharing and retention

GEN does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that support form delivery, analytics, hosting, or security, and when disclosure is required by law. Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide requested services, maintain records, and meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You may change analytics consent at any time through the “Cookie settings” control. You may also ask GEN to correct or delete inquiry information by contacting seanmcistanbul@gmail.com. Legal rights may vary by location.

Children and students

The site may be used by families seeking educational guidance. A parent or guardian should submit information for a minor where required by applicable law. GEN does not knowingly request unnecessary sensitive information from children through this website.
