These Terms of Use govern access to the Global Education Nomads website. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Informational purpose

Website content describes GEN services and packages for general information. It does not constitute a guarantee of admission, scholarship, visa approval, academic outcome, or employment result. Final service scope, timing, fees, and responsibilities are established in a separate written agreement.

Inquiry submissions

You agree to provide accurate contact information and to submit inquiries only for lawful purposes. Submitting the form does not create a consultant-client relationship or reserve services. GEN may decline or delay a response when an inquiry is incomplete, abusive, fraudulent, or outside its service scope.

Third-party services

The website may use or link to third-party services, including form delivery, analytics, reCAPTCHA, hosting, or application platforms. GEN is not responsible for third-party websites, availability, security, or policies. Visa applications described in GEN packages are handled by third parties, with follow-up support from GEN as specified in the service agreement.

Intellectual property

The GEN and ACI names, logos, visual identity, website design, and original content are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, noncommercial use, but may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit them without written permission.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site at unreasonable volume, impersonate another person, or use the site to violate law or the rights of others.

Disclaimer and limitation

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, GEN and ACI disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from website use or reliance on general website information. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and governing terms

GEN may update the website and these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Service agreements, where signed, control over conflicting website language for the purchased service.
